Question:What is your quality control process, and how do you ensure product quality?
Answer: - Before mass production, we create a SOP for each product, conduct preproduction tests on all features and parameters, and generate detailed test reports including temperature control, lumens, CRI, SCDM, IES, pull strength, and electrical safety. These reports are shared with the buyer.
- During production, we have three quality control checkpoints. All parts are checked 100% when they come online, and lights are tested for functionality. After assembly, products undergo an 8-hour aging process in our aging room, where they are subjected to on/off shock tests, temperature checks, and visual inspections. Before packaging, all lights undergo a final functionality check.
Question:If the product encounters any issues, what steps should I take?

Should any issues arise with the lamps, kindly provide a video and photo documentation of the problem. Our team will meticulously examine and analyze the issue to guide you through the resolution process.
