A: Before mass production, we meticulously create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each product and conduct preproduction trials to rigorously test all features and parameters. Comprehensive testing is carried out, encompassing various aspects including but not limited to temperature control, lumens, CRI, SCDM, IES, pull strength, and electrical safety.

During production, we implement three critical quality control checkpoints. Initially, as the parts are assembled online, each component undergoes a 100% inspection. Following this, we ensure the lights are switched on and tested for functionality. Post-assembly, every product is transferred to our aging room for an 8-hour aging process, which includes on/off shock tests, temperature checks, and visual inspections of the chips. Finally, before packaging, all lights are switched on once more for a final quality check.
