Answer: Before mass production begins, we establish a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each product and conduct a preproduction run, meticulously testing all features and parameters. Comprehensive test
reports cover everything from temperature control, lumens, CRI, SCDM, IES, and pull strength, to electrical safety, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
During production, we've integrated three quality control checkpoints. Each part is thoroughly examined as it enters the assembly line, and all finished products undergo a 100% inspection, including switch-on
tests. Post-assembly, every product is transferred to our aging room for 8 hours of aging, where it undergoes on/off shock tests,
temperature checks, and a visual inspection of chips. Before packaging, each light is switched on once more for a final quality check.
