A: - Before mass production, we create an SOP for each product and conduct a preproduction test on all features and parameters. Comprehensive test reports, including temperature control, lumens, CRI, SCDM, IES, pull strength, and electrical safety, will be sent to the buyer.
- During production, we have three quality control points. Parts are checked 100% during finishing, and lights are switched on for testing. After assembly, all products undergo 8 hours of aging in our aging room, including on/off shock tests, temperature checks, and visual inspections of chips. Before packaging, all lights are switched on again for a final check.
Q: If the product has problems, how should I do?

A:
If there are issues with the lamps, kindly provide us with a video and photo detailing the problem. Our team will meticulously review and analyze the issue. We will guide you step-by-step on how to resolve it.
If the problem originates from our products and remains unsolvable, we will promptly send you new lamps or the necessary replacement parts.
