A: Before commencing mass production, we meticulously create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each product. A preproduction phase ensues, where every feature and parameter undergoes rigorous testing. Comprehensive test reports covering aspects like temperature control, lumens, Color Rendering Index (CRI), Standard Deviation of Color Matching (SCDM), Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) standards, pull strength, and electrical safety are meticulously compiled and provided to the buyer.
- During production, we implement three stringent quality control checkpoints. Initial checks are conducted on-line for every part, ensuring all finishes are 100% inspected. Each light undergoes a switch-on test. Post-assembly, all products enter an aging room for an 8-hour aging process, which includes on/off shock tests, temperature checks, and visual inspections of chips. Prior to packaging, every light is re-illuminated for a final verification to ensure impeccable quality.
