Comprehensive test reports are generated, covering temperature control, lumens, CRI, SCDM, IES, pull strength, and electrical safety.

Initially, we check all parts on the line, followed by a 100% inspection of finished products, including light switch-on tests. Once assembled, every product undergoes an 8-hour aging process in our specialized aging room, featuring on/off shock tests, temperature checks, and visual inspections of chips.
Before packaging, each light is switched on once again for a final inspection to ensure flawless performance.
