A: Before mass production, we meticulously craft a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each product and conduct a comprehensive pre-production test to validate all features and parameters. Our rigorous testing regimen includes, but is not limited to, temperature control, lumens, CRI, SCDM, IES, pull strength, and electrical safety.

Subsequently, every finished product is subject to a 100% quality check and a functional light switch test. Post-assembly, all products are subjected to an 8-hour aging process in our dedicated aging room, inclusive of on/off shock tests, temperature checks, and a visual inspection of the chips.

Before packaging, each light is powered on once more for a final quality verification, ensuring you receive only the best.
