Q: What is the quality control and how can you ensure the quality?
A: Before mass production, we will make SOP of each products, and make a preproduction, test all features and parameters. Full test
reports including but not limiting to temperture control, lumens, CRI, SCDM, IES, pull strength, and Electrical safety will be sent to the buyer.

During the production we have 3 quality control points, when the parts are on line, all finishing will be 100% checked, lights switch on
tested. After assembling, all products will be sent to our aging room for 8 hrs aging, during which there will be on/off shock test,
temperture check, and visual check of Chips. Before packaging, all lights need to be switch on again for final checking.
Q: If the product has problems, how should I do?
A: If there are problems with the lamps, please send the video and the photo of the problem. We will check it and analyze the problem. We
will teach you how to solve the problem.
If it is our products' problem and can't solve, we will send new lamps or new parts to you.
