A: - Before mass production, we create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each product. We conduct a preproduction phase where we test all features and parameters. Comprehensive test reports, including but not limited to temperature control, lumens, CRI, SCDM, IES, pull strength, and electrical safety, are sent to the buyer.
- During production, we have three quality control checkpoints. When parts are on the line, final checks are performed, and lights are switch-tested. After assembly, all products undergo an 8-hour aging process in our aging room, which includes on/off shock tests, temperature checks, and visual checks of chips. Before packaging, all lights are switched on again for a final inspection.
Q: If the product encounters any issues, what steps should I take?

In the event of any issues with the lamps, kindly provide a video and photo showcasing the problem. Our expert team will meticulously examine and analyze the situation. We will then guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
Should the problem stem from our product and cannot be resolved through our guidance, we will promptly dispatch new lamps or replacement parts to you.
