Q: What is the quality control process and how can you ensure quality?
A: Prior to mass production, we meticulously craft a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each product and conduct a preproduction run to rigorously test all features and parameters. Comprehensive test reports, including but not limited to temperature control, lumens, CRI, SCDM, IES, pull strength, and electrical safety, will be delivered to the buyer, ensuring every aspect meets the highest standards.
- During production, we implement three quality control checkpoints. Initially, when the parts are in line, every finish undergoes a 100% inspection. Next, all lights are tested with their switches turned on. Post-assembly, each product is subjected to an 8-hour aging process in our dedicated aging room, during which on/off shock tests, temperature checks, and visual inspections of the chips are conducted. Lastly, before packaging, all lights are switched on once more for a final inspection.
