- During production, we implement a robust quality control system with three critical checkpoints. First, as parts progress on the line, each finishing touch undergoes a 100% inspection. Second, every light is subjected to an 'on' switch test. Post-assembly, all products are transferred to our aging room for an extensive 8-hour aging process, including on/off shock tests, temperature checks, and visual inspections of the chips. Finally, before packaging, each light is turned on once more for a concluding quality check.
