A: Before mass production, we meticulously create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each product and conduct a preproduction phase to rigorously test all features and parameters. Comprehensive tests include but are not limited to temperature control, lumens, CRI, SCDM, IES, pull strength, and electrical safety.

During production, we implement three stringent quality control points. Initially, all parts undergo a 100% finish check and switch-on test. After assembling, products are placed in our aging room for an 8-hour aging process, including on/off shock tests, temperature checks, and visual inspections of the chips. Prior to packaging, lights are switched on again for a final quality check.
